Mark is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in the financial sector. He was previously CEO of Soundview Technology Group and, through its acquisition of Soundview, an EVP of Charles Schwab Corp. Before Soundview, Mark was the head of investment banking of the firm's predecessor, Wit Capital. Earlier in his career, he was with Smith Barney, and was president of Smith Barney Pacific, head of global equity sales and head of equity capital markets. Mark currently serves on the board of Proctor Academy. He earned his BA in economics from Cornell University.
Nicole is a vice president at OpenExchange, where she is responsible for corporate sales. Prior to joining the company, she was a managing director at The NASDAQ OMX Group, where she drove new business of its corporate solutions suite of products and services. Previously, Nicole was an executive director at Hanley & Associates, an independent firm providing management access services. Earlier in her career she held a series of business development and sales roles at Ipreo, Carrot Capital and Thomson Financial. Nicole holds a BA in Economics from Lehigh University.
John is a vice president at OpenExchange, where he provides technical guidance and assistance in all phases of customer development and support. Prior to joining the company, he was a video sales engineer at LGS Innovations, an independent subsidiary of Alcatel-Lucent that provides networking and communications solutions to the US federal government. Before that, John was a video solutions engineer at global meeting provider ACT Conferencing. Earlier in his career, he was an integration services engineering manager at PictureTel/Polycom. John holds a BE in Electrical Engineering from University of Detroit Mercy.
In his role as vice president of services, David is responsible for OpenExchange client services, training and implementation. An experienced senior executive in the financial technology and information industries, most recently he served as VP, alliances and channels, at Chi-X Global Technology and its predecessor, Cicada Corp. Before joining Cicada, David served as VP of operations and professional services for Diversinet Corporation. Earlier in his career, he held senior executive roles at Thomson Financial and Interactive Data. He earned his BS in mechanical engineering from the University of New Hampshire and his MBA from the Johnson School at Cornell University.
